Illustrative example. Each company receives its own index in the assessment.
Your company has grown. Has its legal side kept up?
In most companies, legal risks do not show up all at once. They pile up in contracts, decisions between partners and day-to-day routines.
- 01Improvised contractsInternet templates and handshake deals leave out precisely what is specific to your business.
- 02Partners without written rulesWithout a signed agreement, partner entry, exit and disagreement tend to turn into long disputes.
- 03Unregistered trademarkUntil the name is registered with the INPI (Brazilian PTO), another company can register it first.
- 04Data and teamPoorly structured data protection and hiring, whether as contractors (PJ) or as employees under the CLT (Brazilian labor code), create hidden liabilities.
- 05Contracts and Brazilian tax reformThe CBS and the IBS, Brazil’s new taxes on goods and services, change pricing, tax credits and payment terms starting in 2027.
Calling a lawyer only when the problem shows up is expensive.
When legal counsel only steps in at the moment of conflict, there is little room left to choose. The Sistema Bússola reverses the order: first it maps, then it organizes and, from there, it follows the company every month.
Four movements.
- 01 · NorthWhere the company stands today
A 30-question questionnaire and a review of your documents produce the Legal Maturity Index, from 0 to 100, across 10 dimensions.
- 02 · RouteWhat to do first
A 90-day plan with the priorities in order, who does what and by when.
- 03 · CadenceThe work of each month
Consultations, contracts and a legal committee with minutes, at the pace of your operation.
- 04 · RecalibrationMeasure again and adjust
The index is measured again, and the route changes when the company changes.
