Frequently asked questions
Is hiring someone as a contractor (PJ) prohibited?
No. The risk lies in hiring as a contractor someone who, in practice, works like an employee: under subordination, in person and on a regular basis. In that case, the relationship may be recognized as employment.
Does an internal policy need to be signed?
It is advisable to record each person’s acknowledgment, so the policy can be enforced and proven later.
